The Art Year Ahead
The first half of 2026 offers something a bit different as the art travels further afield before we return to The Studio in Lewes.
Three gallery artists - Julian Bell, Nicholas Bush and Kate Montgomery - are exhibiting in the group show Story Painters, Picture Writers at Kendrew Barn Gallery, St John’s College, Oxford from 20th January - 2nd February, all welcome.
In early March, we are showing a selection of work at Affordable Art Fair, Battersea and look forward to bringing Sussex paintings to the wider attention of London and home counties audiences.
We are delighted to be hosting a gallery stand at the inaugral ROSA Botanical Art Fair over the early May bank holiday weekend. Created by the team at ROSA (Review of Sussex Arts) magazine, the fair will take place in the beautiful historic house and gardens of West Dean in West Sussex. Both contemporary and modern British galleries will be exhibiting, with sculpture in the gardens. Our exhibiting artists: Nick Bodimeade, Jane Hansford, Julian Le Bas, Linda Felcey and Kate Montgomery.
We are back again in Lewes during the second half of 2026, first with the Artwave Show in September, a group exhibition by all the gallery artists, then Art for Christmas during November and December, dates to be finalised.
