Aisha Bridgman

Originally from Portsmouth, Aisha currently lives and works in Surrey, UK. She is best known for her abstract paintings of imagined places, and Paul Carey-Kent writes: ‘Representation meets abstraction in the imagined landscapes of Aisha Bridgman’s lush acrylic paintings. She aptly describes her current series as “moon-soaked”, capturing their almost paradoxical combination of clarity and mystery, stillness and implied action.’

Recent exhibitions include (London) An Exhibition of Small things with Big ideas at White Conduit Projects, The Soho Open at Great Pulteney Street Gallery, ING Discerning Eye at the Mall Galleries, Works on Paper at Blue Shop Gallery, Studio Cennen in Wales, The Lido Stores in Margate and through Art & People at Hollywood Road Gallery in London.
